Special Instructions for Darci’s patients who are BILH employees (and their dependents) who obtain their insurance through BILH:

  • If you currently subscribe to the Domestic and Community HMO Plan, and want to keep Dr. Darci as your PCP, you will need to switch to the Tiered POS Plan.
  • You can make this change during BILH’s Open Enrollment period, taking place now. Please call 978-949-8686 with any questions.

  • Dr. Darci will continue to be in-network across the 3 BILH plan options, but will most likely be a Tier 2 provider, which may affect your individual cost share.
  • Please direct questions regarding Tier 2 provider costs to your plan administrator, Harvard Pilgrim, and/or your HR team.
