Dr. Mark Allara has been practicing family medicine for more than 20 years and is passionate about transforming the healthcare status quo. The multi-disciplinary practice he has grown in Middleton, MA has become a model for other organizations looking to remain independent. He attended Yale University and the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, and completed his family medicine residency at Beverly Hospital. He is a member of American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP)

An accomplished healthcare executive and strategist, John Donlan has a proven track record leading national growth strategies for Value-Based Care Organizations, Population Health improvement, and ACO Provider Network Performance Operations. He most recently served as the President of Steward Health Care Network, positioning the organization as one of the first Pioneer ACOs under the Obama Administration's Pioneer ACO.
