Late/No Show Policy
A+ Navigators are familiar with you, your family, and your situation.

Primary care as a career path is in crisis
Retirements, burnout and a lack of young doctors entering the profession are leading to low growth despite patient demand
Viability
Autonomy is at an all-time low
More PCPs are employed by corporate hospital systems than ever before in the profession’s history
Autonomy
PCPs are seen as a referral source
“Feeding” specialist & high-cost procedures to a health system is the opposite of good value-based care
Value-Based Care
At AllaraCare Medical Group, we want to do our best to accommodate all patients. If you are running late for your appointment, please call the office so we can let the front desk and your provider know, in case a schedule adjustment is required. If you are greater than 10 minutes late from your scheduled appointment, we will do our best to see you as close to your appointment time as possible, but there may be a wait as we accommodate our other scheduled patients.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 4 hours in advance so that we have the slot available for another patient in need. If you do not show for your scheduled appointment, your provider may attempt to reach you that day to complete a telemedicine visit.
Our "No Show/Late Cancellation" policy is the following:
-
First No Show/Late Cancellation: Patient notified of No Show policy by phone or in person upon late arrival.
-
Second No Show: Charge/Late Cancellation: The patient will be responsible for a $50 fee with their balance paid prior to scheduling any further appointments. A written letter will be sent notifying the patient of the No Show policy, confirming their second no show.
-
Third No Show/Late Cancellation: The patient will be charged $100, with their balance paid prior to scheduling any further appointments. A written letter will be sent notifying the patient of the No Show policy, confirming this was their third no show. This will also serve as a warning letter, notifying them that the fourth no show may be grounds for dismissal from the practice.
-
Fourth No Show/Late Cancellation: Notice will be sent to the usual provider and the manager. After the fourth no show or late cancellation, the patient can be dismissed from the practice.
